From aloe

To prepare it, cut a leaf from the plant and put it in the refrigerator for a week. Then squeeze out the juice and boil the chamomile infusion.

To do this, pour a spoonful of herbs with half a glass of boiling water and let it brew for about an hour. Strain and mix the soup with the juice one by one. Freeze and use daily.
